The D. Nicole Girl Academy Program will run from September – May.  The registration process will begin in June.

What are the program options available during this session?

During the pandemic, all programming will be conducted virtually.  Sessions will run for 1 ½ hours.

 

What do we need for each virtual session?

A device with a camera and an internet connection.

What are the program costs? 

The program cost is $75.  We accept all major credit cards, cash and money orders.

What does the program fee include?

• A 9-month program which will meet once per month.  Within the 9 classes, two meetings will include two fun activities/outings.

• Lesson materials and journal

• Snacks (on-site)

• D. Nicole Girls Academy program t-shirt

• Coach support – includes monthly check-in from a coach

• Administrative expenses

 

Do you offer financial assistance?

Yes, we would never turn a girl away due to a lack of finances.  As a result, we offer adjusted program fees on a sliding scale based on household income.  Call our offices, and we will assist you. 

 

Sliding Scale Fees:

• $50,000 and above: FULL $75

• $35,000-$49,999: $50

• $20,000-$34,999: $30

• Less than $20,000: $15

 

Do you offer a payment plan?

No. We encourage families to review the sliding scale to select the fees that match their financial situation.

 

What is the Refund Policy?

Parents are responsible for contacting D. Nicole if their daughter will drop from the program.  D. Nicole must be contacted before the first session to be issued a full refund.  If a class is canceled due to insufficient registration or other circumstances deemed appropriate by D. Nicole, the full registration fee will be refunded. 

 

What is the Late Pickup Policy?

Parents are expected to pick up their daughter from class on time; no later than five minutes after the class has ended.  Please remember that our staff dedicate their time and energy to the program, and we want to respect that.  Consequently, please make sure you have made arrangements for your daughter to be picked up on time; ongoing tardiness will not be tolerated.

 

What is the size of a class?

Each class consists of 3-15 girls.

 

Does my daughter have to participate in sessions each month? 

Participation is a once per month commitment. The sessions will run for 9 months and will occur monthly whether in-person or virtually. Please do not register your daughter if she is unable to regularly attend all sessions.  D. Nicole reserves the right to dismiss a program participant without a refund if she misses more than three sessions. 

 

Is there a Parent Meeting?

Yes!  There will be a mandatory meeting prior to the first session.  During this meeting, we will discuss the program, our expectations, and answer any questions.  This meeting is REQUIRED to complete your registration. 

 

What is the Attendance Policy?

Participants must attend sessions each month and should not sign up for the program if there are known conflicts due to sports, part-time jobs, or extra-curricular activities that may affect their participation in the program.  D. Nicole has the right to dismiss a girl from the program if they miss more than three sessions.

 

What is the Behavior Policy? 

At D. Nicole, we strive to create an environment that is positive and uplifting.  Any behavior that threatens the health or well-being of other participants, coaches or other staff will be released from participating in the program.  This includes, but is not limited to, bullying, physical injury, threats, emotional maltreatment, using any item in a dangerous way, or any other activity determined by a staff member to be threatening to another’s health or well-being.  D. Nicole reserves the right to remove any girl from participation for any reason that does not fit the mission and goals of the program.
